Pregnancy and your professional life can go hand in hand. I advise all my patients to continue with their work till 3rd trimester of Pregnancy, unless encouraged otherwise by your Doctor. Being participated in work, and meeting people expertly and socially will reduce your tension levels.

2. Is it safe to travel during Pregnancy?
You can safely travel throughout your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless recommended otherwise due to high threat Pregnancy.

Walking is generally suggested at all stages. Your Gynecologist might also recommend on certain Pelvic workouts to enhance opportunities of Normal Delivery.

3. Tips that can assist me remain comfy throughout Office Work?

• Take short walk after every 2-3 hrly.
